If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation with tracking code, then inform us immediately by e-mail to shop@kildwick.com. We will then store the address you requested.
If you have already received a shipping confirmation from us, please write to shop@kildwick.com as soon as possible. Please try to make sure that the package is refused at the "wrong" address. We will then immediately send a new package on its way.
