The status of my order with DHL or Parcel One does not change
Sometimes it can happen that the status of a DHL shipment does not change. This can have a variety of reasons. In most cases, the delivery is nevertheless made promptly.
However, if the status has remained unchanged for at least 7 days, we can initiate an investigation. Please contact us with a short email stating your order or invoice number: shop@kildwick.com – we will then take care of it.
