Why do I receive emails from which I cannot unsubscribe?

We send you certain service emails that are related to a contractual relationship with us:
For example: You have registered for a customer account and requested technical support, or you have signed a contract with us (such as a delivery subscription) or it is in the initiation phase.
You cannot unsubscribe from these emails because they contain relevant information for you that we need to send to you.

However, you can easily unsubscribe from the marketing emails we rarely send. How? Quite simple: at the end of such an email there is a link ("unsubscribe"). Just click on it and a web browser will open – everything else is very easy.
