Payment confirmation
Once you have placed your order in the Kildwick online store and selected the payment methods PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit Card or Klarna and it has also been successfully completed, a charge will immediately be made to your selected payment method. Upon successful transaction of your payment, we will directly send you a payment confirmation by email: Your order can then be processed.
As soon as your order is packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking code and can then track the delivery of your order.
When paying via Amazon Pay, your account will only be charged upon delivery. Therefore, with this payment method, you will receive the shipping confirmation and the payment confirmation relatively shortly after each other.
If all items of your order are in stock and available, your package will be shipped the same day (order before 11 am) or the following day; we will also confirm this by email.
If you have not received a payment confirmation, this can have several reasons. Either there is a technical problem or your payment method is not accepted by our payment service provider.

For problems with other payment methods, please contact our support colleagues: shop@kildwick.com. If available, write your customer number or order number in the subject line. If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive your payment confirmation as soon as our system has processed your payment. For this purpose, it is necessary to include your order number or order number in the reason for the transfer. If this information is missing, we will manually assign your payment to your order. This may take 1-2 days.
