Why have I not received a shipping confirmation even though I received an order confirmation?
If you have not received a shipping confirmation from us despite an order confirmation, this can have two reasons. On the one hand, it is possible that we have not yet been able to ship the goods because they are currently not available. On the respective product pages in our store you can always see whether the items you want are immediately available.
On the other hand, an error may have occurred during the transmission of the shipping data, as a result of which you did not receive an e-mail. In this case we ask you to wait 2 to 3 days after the order date. Practice has shown that in most cases the goods are nevertheless already on their way.
If your selected products were available at the time of your order and you have not received a shipment notification or goods after 3 business days*, please contact us directly by email at shop@kildwick.com – our support team will be happy to help you.
*The average delivery time of 3 days is only valid for Germany. For all other countries you should be patient for about 3 days in addition to the average shipping time. Most of the time everything will be solved by itself.
If you have neither received a shipping confirmation nor an order confirmation from us, this can again have two reasons. One possible reason is that we did not receive your order. This can be clarified relatively easily by checking your chosen payment method to see if money has been transferred to us. (If you have paid via Amazon Pay, this works only conditionally, because the amount is booked with Amazon Pay only when we have shipped your package).
On the other hand, it is also conceivable that you made a mistake when entering your email address. In this case please contact shop@kildwick.com. We will find a quick solution.
