Order confirmation / Shipping notification
After your order you will receive an order confirmation from us and then, if you have paid by PayPal, credit card, Klarna or Apple Pay, a payment confirmation. As soon as we have shipped your goods, we will send you the shipping confirmation and the invoice. If you ordered via Amazon or paid via Amazon Pay, you will receive the payment confirmation only with the shipping confirmation and the invoice.
If you have not received an email from us after placing your order, please check your spam folder first. If you don't find an email from us there either, there was either a technical problem or an error occurred when entering your email address.
