When do I get my money back after a return/cancellation?
We will do our best to transfer the refund of your return back to you as soon as possible. The refund of the money of your return is always done in the way of your payment. So if you have paid by PayPal, we will refund the money to your PayPal account. If have you paid with your credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card. If you paid by bank transfer, then we need your bank account details (IBAN) to be able to refund the amount to your account. This is also the case for all other payment methods.
When we receive your return, we need a maximum of 7 business days to process it. After that, depending on the payment method, it can take another 5 days for the refund to reach you. If you have not received your money after 14 business days, please send us an email to shop@kildwick.com – our support team will take care of your request immediately.
