With us, you can choose from various popular payment methods: from PayPal to Amazon Pay to Apple Pay. In addition, you also have the option to pay by credit card or cash in advance. Only the payment by invoice we can not offer you.

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay in online stores securely, easily, quickly and without extra costs.
Your bank or credit card details are only stored at PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet again with every online purchase. You pay with two clicks and access your bank or credit card data stored at PayPal, instead of entering them again with every purchase. Last but not least, PayPal payments arrive quickly.

You can use your payment and delivery data stored at Amazon to pay conveniently and quickly with us. In the shopping cart view in the Kildwick online store, you simply log in with the e-mail address and password of your existing Amazon account. The necessary address and payment information will be securely transmitted to us via Amazon.

Please note that this payment method is not always available for logistical reasons. In this case, we ask you to choose another method of payment.

Apple Pay is a service provided by the third-party provider Apple Inc. that allows you to use your Apple Pay account to pay for an order in our online store securely, quickly and without additional fees.
You can pay with Apple Pay by clicking the "Buy with Apple Pay" button in your shopping cart. You will then be taken directly to your Apple Pay account. Once you have authenticated there and confirmed the payment instruction in your Apple Pay account and selected a payment method and shipping address, you will be redirected back to our Kildwick website to complete your order. You will not need to re-enter your personal information in our online store. The necessary address and payment information will be securely transmitted to us via Apple Pay.

Please note that when you select an address in your Apple Pay account, it must be the same country of delivery as the one on the shopping cart page in the Kildwick online store. If a billing address is stored in your Apple Pay account at the payment method selected for payment, this will also be used as the billing address for your order with us.
Payment via Apple Pay is only possible when purchasing through our online store, but not when ordering by phone or email.

Unfortunately, shipping to packing stations is also not possible via Apple Pay.

Unfortunately, we as a seller have had too many bad experiences with buying on account in the past - payment defaults were the order of the day. The costs we incurred to get the money we were entitled to after all often exceeded the actual profit margin of the order.
Also for the reason that we could not find an affordable default insurance, we had to part with this payment method with a heavy heart.
