You want to cancel your order? That is a pity, but possible. If we have not yet shipped your order, please send us an e-mail to shop@kildwick.com. We will then cancel the delivery as soon as possible and refund your money on the way of your payment. If we have already shipped your order and you have not received it yet, please refuse to accept our shipment. As soon as the package is returned to us, we will create a refund.
If you have already accepted the package, then it is necessary to request a return. You can request the return by sending an email to shop@kildwick.com.

Once a package has left our warehouse, it is unfortunately no longer possible to refund you the shipping costs incurred.
