I have not received an order confirmation – what is the problem?
If you have not received an order confirmation email from us, this can have several reasons
- One possible reason would be that your order was not received by us for technical reasons.
- A second reason could be that you made a typing error when entering your e-mail address.
It is relatively easy to clarify whether your order has arrived. If you have received an e-mail with the payment confirmation for your order from us, we have received your order.
