Can I exchange my order?

You have received your order and the products do not meet your expectations? That's a shame and we're sorry.

Please inform us as soon as possible which items you would like to exchange or return. For an exchange or return, it is absolutely necessary that the items are unused and in their original packaging. All our partition toilets, partition inserts, kits and fully assembled toilets are excluded from exchange after the first use, as these are hygiene items. These are legally excluded from exchange after they have been used or if they no longer have their original packaging.
