My package status is set to "delivered", but I have not received a package or a notification in my mailbox
Your order is marked as "delivered" in the tracking, but you did not receive it?
Please check the name or signature of the person who received the package according to the tracking or notification card. It is possible that the shipment was left with a neighbor.
The notification card will also indicate if your package was delivered to a post office because you were not there on the delivery date.
You may have given permission for the shipment to be dropped off, in which case please check the location you specified (for example, garage or terrace).
If you are registered with DHL to deposit the package in a mailbox, it is possible that DHL deposited the package there. In this case you should have received an email.
