Possible delay in delivery
There are several reasons for a delay in delivery. On the one hand, it may be that an item is currently not available. In this case you have not yet received a shipping notification by email from us. We already point out the delivery time of the individual products on the item detail page. If you have received a shipping confirmation by email from us, then you can track your shipment using the tracking number. It rarely happens that a package is lost and the status does not change. For orders from abroad, it may take 2-3 days until you can track your package using the tracking number. Often there are delays in delivery caused by customs. If the delivery time deviates noticeably from our stated shipping delivery times, or the status of your shipment does not change for a longer period of time, then contact our colleagues from support, stating your order number, customer number or order number: shop@kildwick.com.
If your order had to be divided into several shipments due to its size or weight, it is possible that one of the shipments will arrive later, even though they were all handed over to DHL at the same time.
You can easily check if you will receive more than one package from us, for example, if you receive two (or more) shipment numbers by e-mail or if your package says "1 / 2" for example. This means that you already have the first of two packages in your hand.
