The contents of my package are damaged although the box is undamaged
If your ordered product has visible optical or technical damages, although the carton is apparently undamaged, this is very annoying and does not meet our standards.
We apologize for any inconvenience and can assure you that we take great care in packing your order to ensure that all items are protected from possible transport damage. Nevertheless, due to insensitive handling of the packages during shipping, it may happen from time to time that items are damaged, even though the packaging box seems to be intact.
Write us an e-mail – with your invoice or order number as well as photos of the damaged item and, if applicable, the packaging – to shop@kildwick.com. In most cases we will simply exchange the product or we will quickly find an individual solution together.
