I have received an order confirmation, but no payment confirmation
If you have paid with AmazonPay, then you will receive a payment confirmation only after we have shipped your package. This is due to the fact that Amazon confirms the payment only after our shipment.
If you paid your order with Paypal, Paypal Express, Kreditkarte, Klarna etc., it is possible that your payment failed and therefore you did not receive an email from us with a payment confirmation. Please check first if money has been transferred to us from your selected payment account. However, the following may have happened: after you have been redirected to one of our payment service providers, you will be redirected back to our website after entering your payment details. There you have to click on the button "Order with obligation to pay". If you may have overlooked this, then you have received an order confirmation, but no payment confirmation.
If you have been charged, please wait 1-2 days to see if you receive a shipping confirmation from us. If you have not received a shipping confirmation from us, please contact us at shop@kildwick.com.
If you do not find any transactions on your payment account, it seems that the payment failed as described above. In this case you should contact us immediately at shop@kildwick.com. We will help you as soon as possible.
If you have chosen the payment method bank transfer, it may take one to three business days, depending on the bank, until we receive the money. However, if you have not received a payment confirmation e-mail from us after three working days, please contact us at shop@kildwick.com. We will find a quick solution.
